Participants requiring an entry visa for Germany are strongly advised to submit their visa application at least two months prior to their date of travel.
Please contact your nearest German/Schengen Embassy, Consulate or your travel agency for more information. If you are entering Germany via a third country, please note that you may also require a transit visa.
If you require an invitation letter for your visa application please request one by completing this form. Please note that issuing an invitation letter does not imply any commitment by the organisers to provide financial support.
The DNC Secretariat will only issue an invitation letter once you have successfully registered and full payment of the delegate fees has been received. If a visa is not granted, DNC2020 will reimburse the full delegate fees.
The deadline to request an invitation letter is 2nd May 2020. Invitation letters requested after the deadline may still be issued, but full reimbursement of the delegate fees is no longer possible should your visa application fail.
